    Refund & Exchange Policy

    Priscy Luxe Bags

    This policy clearly defines product responsibility, delivery responsibility, pickup conditions,
    and refund/exchange eligibility.
    Please read carefully before placing an order.

    SECTION 1: Product Condition & Quality Before
    Dispatch
    Priscy Luxe Bags carefully inspects all bags before dispatch or pickup.
    Refund or exchange may be approved if:
    ● The wrong bag was packaged by Priscy Luxe Bags.
    ● The bag has a manufacturing defect.
    ● The zipper, clasp, chain, or hardware is faulty before dispatch.
    ● The stitching is defective.
    ● The bag has structural damage before delivery.
    ● The bag was damaged while in the custody of Priscy Luxe Bags.
    In such cases, the customer must report within the stated reporting window with clear photo
    or video evidence.

    SECTION 2: Delivery Responsibility
    A. When Priscy Luxe Bags Arranges Delivery
    Priscy Luxe Bags is responsible ONLY while the bag is in the custody of a rider arranged by
    Priscy Luxe Bags.
    Refund or exchange will be approved if:
    ● The rider loses the bag.
    ● The rider misplaces the bag.
    ● The rider is involved in an accident and the bag is destroyed.
    ● The rider delivers the bag visibly damaged before customer acceptance.
    Responsibility ends once the bag is successfully delivered and accepted.
    B. When Customer Arranges Delivery
    If the customer sends their own rider, courier, friend, driver, or representative:
    ● Once the bag is handed over,
    ● Responsibility transfers immediately to the customer.
    Priscy Luxe Bags will not be liable for:
    ● Loss during transit.
    ● Damage during transit.
    ● Delays.
    ● Rider negligence.

    SECTION 3: Customer Pickup
    Customers may pick up their bag in-store.
    However:
    ● The customer must inspect the bag before leaving.
    ● Once the bag leaves the store premises, the transaction is final.
    ● No refund or exchange will be granted after pickup for:
    ○ Change of mind.
    ○ Style dissatisfaction.
    ○ Minor surface scratches caused after pickup.
    ○ Damage occurring after leaving the store.

    SECTION 4: Non-Eligible Refund or Exchange Cases
    Refund or exchange will NOT be granted for:
    ● Change of mind.
    ● Customer preference dissatisfaction.
    ● Minor color variation due to lighting or screen display.
    ● Natural creases in leather.
    ● Minor texture differences in genuine leather.
    ● Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
    ● Scratches, stains, or structural damage occurring after customer acceptance.
    Customers are encouraged to inspect the bag immediately upon delivery or pickup.

    SECTION 5: Reporting Window
    For delivery-related or product-related defects:
    ● Complaints must be reported immediately upon receipt or within 2 hours of delivery.
    ● Clear photo or video evidence is required.
    ● Claims made after extended use will not be considered.

    SECTION 6: Resolution Timeline
    If approved:
    ● Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
    ● Exchanges will be arranged subject to availability.
